They will take advantage of you if you aren't specific! Only giving 1 star since I think you have to give at least one. Walked in the door and first thing I said was it stopped working and I need you to get it running. I specifically said "this is a 3 year old mower and it doesn't need a new spark plug, blade sharpened or oil change, I'm pretty sure the carb is clogged and I don't have the time to take it apart".
