Really really nice, funny and profess owners and staff. Helpful people and s well stocked service department makes this s store I will shop in should I need the kind of equipment they sell.
These are the best and provide excelent service. They are very hardworking team.
Never had bad service from Power outlet. Buy all my stuff from these guys and any trouble I may have they fix it. This is a busy place they fix all the commercial lawn service mowers I see them there all the time. I believe most homeowners should have service done in the off season instead of waiting mid summer and the last second to have it looked at, Then want it right now. I'm sure some people might have not liked the service since no company will ever make 100% happy but in my book their the best out there.
Failed to call me back with an estimate for work. Estimate given was off by $500, when the total was supposed to be between $700-800. Poor customer skills, excuses rather than solutions. Wish I had never sent my equipment to them. Warning to you, friends! No stars for this company.
I have ALWAYS been treated wonderfully by the owner and his staff, the owner is so knowledgeable, and has treated me with such kindness. I have seen him go out of his way to help people, I saw him go get a chair for a gentleman who had a hard time walking up to the counter, he ended up needing a tire for his mower, so Jim got it for him, brought it out to his truck, n put it on for him right there in the parking lot!
Wow - I have never seen service department as clean and organized as the one here. Thx for fixing my mower on time and under budget. My hat is off to Jim and his whole team for building a world class organization right here in the Lake Norman area!
I purchased a used Husqvarna CZ4815 mower from James. James was great to work wit and everyone I have talked to has been great. I am very happy with the service, it's always a reasonable price. I would highly recommend these guys for a a new machine or service.
It is true that you really don't know how good a company is until something goes wrong. I purchased a piece of equipment and due to a miscommunication having nothing to do with Power Outlet of Mooresville, I needed to exchange my purchase. Jim, the owner, and Steve, both made this experience pleasant - They were polite and professional above and beyond what I expected. I appreciate their prompt attention to my needs and will recommend them to anyone needing their products or services.
I have had a very good experience at the Power Outlet Store. I bought a lawn mower from them and the service has been excellent. I recently went back and purchased a leaf blower. I do believe sometimes the price is slightly higher than some of the other retail stores, but the quality of the product is excellent and most of all I want to buy my lawn equipment from someone who has a service department. Thank you for your outstanding service and attention to detail.
