I have been training with Mike and Tony for a little over three months and I am well on my way to being in the best shape of my life. They take turns pushing me harder then i have been pushed in a long time. If you need a little "motivation" you won't find a better place to train . This place is the best !!!

RecommendedI went to Tony's boxing class and I loved it! Tony is an excellent trainer who challenged us and taught us new skills. Power of One is a great place to do fitness classes because of their welcoming atmosphere.
Power of one is a great gym for personal training. They have weekly classes such as boxing for great prices. Excellent staff with a healthy, positive vibe as soon as you walk in the door.
