Still waiting for a tow hitch . Poor customer service
The store was very clean and they had great selection of moving boxes. The first employee who helped me out, male, was very confused and ended up selling me the wrong type of boxes. The manager, a younger lady, was able to let me switch them out for the right TV boxes and refunded my card. I’m not sure of her name, but she was great.
Everyone at U-Haul was so helpful and patient working to make my moving less stressful. Everyone there is so friendly. Thank you Ann, and everyone who works at this U-Haul
