From start to finish this has been my worst customer experience ever. From feeling pressured to feeling like I'm the problem to getting the run around. Every turn a new face but the same demeanor. I explained my problem in a earlier post but decided to take it down because it appeared like kia was going to do the right thing. After my experience today it is clear that customers time, energy, and urgency is not important. Please do not shop here. There are plenty of other places to go. Save yourself the headache.
We went in to just walk the lot for our 16 year old a vehicle. The Sales guy took his time with us and made the experience great for a 16 year old first time car buyer. He spent almost 2 afternoons with us. We walked away with a great vehicle and this dealership has our future business.
Big shout out and THANK YOU to Kia. Their customer service is first rate. On my second Kia Soul and my next car will be a Kia also. They took care of any and all problems and went above and beyond to make it right. It made me feel like they really wanted this to be a great experience. I would recommend Power Kia over and over.
Although I didn't purchase a car, Jose Lopez answered a ton of questions I had regarding a car. I've never purchased through a dealer so it was a different experience. Jose didn't rush me into anything and he was very patient with me. When they have the kind of car I'm looking for I will definitely be back with him and POWER Kia!
