In 2021, I bought a Kia Sportsge 2021. It was a good car until I got a totaled accident. I returned to this dealership as a returning-customer but the way they treated me like trash. They refused to help me to get extended warranty refund, they told me at the end of the day that the car that I would like to test drive was sold but clearly, it was still on the lot, on the CarGurus, Cars.com, or any website selling car. And be careful with the tire because they installed 4 different type of tires.
My experience from beginning to end was very pleasant. The salesman Eric O. was very gracious throughout the whole sales process. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thank you Cargurus for placing this vehicle online. So far I love my vehicle.

I called to speak with a sales person that messaged me the day before. Who ever answered the phone told me that sales person just stepped out of the office to park a car. I left my name & number & they told me he will call me back. I never received a call. I cd called again the next day to schedule a test drive for 3:30pm the next day. I drove 1 hour out of my way after work to test drive the truck. When I got there they told me the truck was across the street getting worked on & not available to test drive.

I have been in contact with Jessica. On Monday I made an offer. She said she was going to present it to the sales manager and get back with me. Since then they haven't gotten back with me at ALL. I have emailed Jessica 4 times to see if the want to make a deal. She has apologized for not getting back to me. And get down to the bottom of this. Again NOBODY HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME. NOT a great way to run a business. Or very bad costumer service. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to Anyone.

Couldn’t get financed with out a co-signer which I don’t have one
Went in to buy the 2015 Infiniti but ended up purchasing a 2017 Hyundai Tucson thank you Bebe for all your help
