The salesman I worked with was with me all the way full contact over the phone. Never had to travel. He held true to his word about what I was getting. And I was going through a stressful time. I truly appreciate them going above and beyond.

I contacted the dealership about a price, which they offered, but quickly sent me a message and said they’d “sold it” a week prior (3/5/24) - yet all references to it on CarGurus AND the dealers own website still showed it as available. In fact, it still shows as available for purchase today (3/19/24). I’m not going to waste my time looking at anything else they have to offer if it’s all just a big “bait and switch” operation.

We tried to buy this car remotely on a Friday with a full cash offer. Dealer got all our personal info including credit card to hold for weekend so wire could process on Monday only to be told car “mysteriously” developed a fatal battery error over the weekend and had to be shipped back to Kia when it was clear they sold it out from underneath us. This was another bate and switch operation. They advertised one thing then tried to charge more for options that were already on the vehicle. Once I called them out and showed them they were over charging, they sold the vehicle we were in the process of buying. They had two other vehicles on their lot for sale that had major damage to them. In my opinion these folks are extremely shady and will try hard to screw you over while smiling and shaking your hand.
Paulo, was an excellent representative to work with. He contacted me, and held the car, giving me time to come out and finish the sale.
