They add extra charges and tell you insurance won't cover exam. When I called my insurance they said my copay is 5 dollars and cover the exam. I could of had the same exam at wallmart and they don't accept my insurance for less.
I cannot express enough how welcoming this staff was. We usually go to Marion eye center where it feels more like a transaction instead of an appointment but these guys knocked hospitality out of the park. Super friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in and they take you through every step including helping pick out a pair that's best for you. Will be transferring our family to complete family eye care.
Went to family eye care because I needed a second opinion. They were wonderful! Ashley Adams recommended that I go there. Very impressed with the office and all staff. I had just been somewhere else and have been going to the other place for several years. This time I felt they didn’t get it right. Family eye care not only found a misdiagnosis but also a diagnosis that was completely missed by the other store. I will be staying with family eye care from now on. Thanks to everyone at the Marion, I’ll. Family eye care!
