James was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the repairs. Was not able to install some piers due to location of support beams as was originally expected.

Ray lead the crew, all were timely, polite and neat. not the same to be said for your plumber Steve Lutz. He was 4 hours late for appt. No call, no apology!
The crew showed up on time, completed the work, and I can only assume that the work was done correctly. I was disappointed in that the crew left lunch materials (apple cores, banana peels, paper wrappers, Styrofoam containers scattered about the yard, along with a number of beverage containers. They also managed to damage a custom mosaic. I am not pleased with the amount of dirt that is scattered across the yard. David White

Dear Sirs: Your crew showed up on time, worked diligently, and finished on time in spite of wet and muddy conditions. However, I was very disappointed in the condition that they left the yard. Beverage containers were lying around, banana peels, and half-eaten apples. Some of the men put their lunch materials (containers, disposable forks, etc.) into the Yard Waste container. A better cleanup would have been appreciated. David White
