Was very nice and customer service oriented. Was completely honest with what needed to be done and seemed to have my best interest In mind versus someone who just wants your money.
Very professional. Ray is very good to work with and goes beyond what one should expect. Don't loose him.
The crew worked hard and fast. Everyone stayed busy. The foreman, Ray, was extremely helpful. He knows the job and explained to me what was happening throughout the process. I just hope it holds up!
Too soon to tell. Workers did a good job - but the proof is in the pudding. Let's see if the peers hold up in the next 6 months. Asking this question 1 day after the work is too soon.

Excellent customer service. From the initial phone call to the follow up after the work was done. Very professional staff. They went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.
I have left 3 massages with the receptionist for James to contact me about some piers we had installed a couple of years ago, THAT HAVE FAILED! We put in these extra piers in upon the recommendation of Power Jack and then the room has dropped. Leaving cracks in the sheetrock and exterior walls. So far I do not have faith in this company.
