This place is the best. No where else around will you find the owners pushing you through a tough set Saturday afternoon and then supporting you in a 5k on their own time Sunday morning. Could not say enough about this place. Thank you Gabe and Jess!
So happy that your new facility is up and running. Gabe and his staff are top notch and extremely professional and knowledgeable. I am really looking forward to working on my own fitness goals this year and getting my sons involved in off season conditioning to improve their performance in their respective sports. This facility is top notch. Gabe and the other trainers are superior. They really know what they're doing. Additionally the owners of Powerhouse are welcoming and friendly to EVERYONE. Seriously, if you're looking for a great workout with great people, this is the place to be.
Great facility in a central location. Gabe came to talk to the Shen girls and boys XC teams this summer about the butters and training. Great job - he works so well with kids.
