Power Home Remodeling gave me what I was looking for. Their sales rep was professional and courteous. When the windows were installed they were on time and professional. We also receive a visit from the insurance quality rep to check on the work that was done right after the work was completed. Must say “Great Team Work”. Their pricing fit my budget. Their financing plan worked out so well that I will be financing my roof with them. Thank you Power Home Remodeling for making it happen!
Very easy to deal with. The lifetime warranty is a huge plus. The only negative is that it was not really explained to us that our old blinds would no longer fit in our new windows.
My overall experience was outstanding - from start to finish. There was no pressure to buy and the salesperson Brian took the time to thoroughly explain the product, installation process, and warranty. Our decision was easy. On installation day, the crew was punctual and professional and did an amazing job. Every window was installed perfectly and they took time and care of our home both inside and out. This was a worry and stress free home improvement project thanks to Power. We highly recommend and give 5 stars!
Had a new roof installed recently after experiencing an 8 window installation the past year from Power Home. As a return customer, I was not disappointed and what I would describe them as a business willing to assist me in making a positive investment towards my main investment, my home, and feeling good about it. Would recommend even if you want a general assessment of where your home needs help. They give you time to think and a price to navigate it with which is a good thing for this market.
My overall experience with power is very good I’m giving them 4.5 because the way they did and got the job done was perfect but my disappointment was with their poor communication scheduling the installation and a trainee lack of straightforwardness but other then that I’m very happy with the results.
Scott did a really good job explaining what our options were with getting our windows done. There were many styles to choose from. The crew was very professional in and out and I barely noticed that they were even here. Overall happy with the install
Power installed our roof trim and gutters and we couldn’t be more pleased. Customer service is excellent and you don’t have to chase them for communication which is refreshing in this industry. I feel confident in this company, would recommend!
