The team that came out to install the windows were kind and worked swiftly. They communicated very well throughout the process. So far we are loving the windows. My 4 stars out of 5, however comes from the debris that was left behind after installation at most of the windows. I found myself cleaning up glass around the floors in front of the windows, as well as furniture. We got our windows replaced. Everyone was great! The installers were professional, efficient and just very nice guys. The whole process was seamless. The sales guys were great too! They are very knowledgeable and know the product. We are so happy with our Windows. I would highly recommend!
Got windows, gutters and energy sphere done. Loved the great Customer service from beginning to end. Only problem was the gutter installers did not fully clean up the yard after install. Window installers are work horses. Amazing crew all around.
From the knock on the door to the quality assurance manager everyone was exceptionally professional made us feel very comfortable and at ease in our decision to work with them.
Zach came out to show the demonstration for the windows. The most impressive part was the energy efficiency of the *****product. We are excited to have power out.
The installers were personable, professional, and efficient. The biggest thing I noticed was that they worked well as a team. The sales guys were low pressure which I liked and informative. I felt the price was fair and of good value. I like the warranty and the availability of service.
David was very professional and knowledgeable. He demoed the windows and showed us the benefit of Pella windows. He worked with our budget.
