Everybody has been friendly and explained everything in detail. We have had our windows replaced, a year later our French doors and now our roof.
Second time using them and the windows are great! They installed 14 windows in a little over 8 hours with a crew of 3. There was a slight miss measurement with one and they will be coming back. You can tell they are very professional as they measured each window again before they started to remove the old windows. Not a big issue with the mismeasurement as we are all human, and they are replacing it free obviously. And they did not want payment until the final window is installed. I would highly recommend them.
Power installed 6 windows at our family home, the install crew was on time and very professional. Shannon our salesperson was also quite helpful in explaining the products and making us feel comfortable moving forward.
Miguel came to my house and inspected my windows and explained the makeup of the Power Windows in November 2021, He gave me a quote and I decided that I could have only part of them replaced at this time. The Power Windows crew came to my house today, Jan. 25,2022. They appear to be doing an excellent job. The windows are very pretty and will be very easy to clean.
Just got my Bay window installed in my home last week by Power. What a difference the new window makes, making my home warmer. The salesman answered all of my questions, and the installers were quick and clean. Would recommend power to anyone looking to get windows installed.
I had some windows installed by Power Home Remodeling. From the beginning of the process to the end, communication with this company was great. The windows are beautiful and the warranty is impressive. Power got our whole home of windows installed in one day by utilizing 2 crews. They worked efficiently and responded to any questions I had. They were very open to questions and observations I had. Would recommend to friends!
Power just finished a project installing all new windows and sliding glass doors as well as our whole home of vinyl siding along with new trim and gutters. There were no surprises from what my sales rep, Serena, explained to how the installation was performed. The windows are in and performing exactly the way they showed me.
