Highly skilled people diagnosing your problems and answering all questions. Trustworthy as individuals and a company. They try hard to obtain any requests you might have. We’re very happy with how everything went with the install of our bay window. Though the delay because of covid was a pain, it was messaged clearly and we were kept in the loop the entire time. The window looks great. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
Absolutely terrible experience and it has not been resolved yet. Initial salesperson was high pressure and wanted deal signed on first sales visit. I signed the deal a few days later. Installers were not professional and did not follow Covid protocols. The installers broke a new window and it had to be replaced. They also broke an old window in the driveway and did not clean up the glass. We found a window that was defective after the installers left. A job every well done. The whole process exceeded my expectations. The whole Power staff was very professional, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable.
It was a great opportunity working with power. Pretty simple and straight forward. For a company that doesn’t promote themselves a lot the quality of the products speaks for themselves. Would work with them again.
