We had a great experience with our window install. The knock on the door by Jacon was a right place, right time situation. Our salesman Alex did a great job explaining everything, and the crew finished off the experience with the install.
After the first 2 yrs, PHRG was a nightmare & heartache to deal with. The bad reviews just about sums it all up what we've gone through w/them. Our issues are w/their overpriced defective windows & how this company disrespects or humors us. They don't perform up to any kind of reputable honest standards. Found out about Power Home Remodeling at a local home and garden show. They asked if I'd thought about having radiant barrier installed. Radiant barrier had been on my mind so I scheduled an appointment. Our sales consultant explained the radiant barrier product, the installation procdess, and measured our attic. My sales rep, Nick, was never pushy, very polite, and explained thoroughly exactly what I would be getting, all of which was followed through by the rest of the team. The crew was experienced and got the job done quickly. I am very happy with the install. The QC also stopped by to show me how to work my windows. Great experience. While the crew did clean up, there was a lot of debris missed in the yard and the stairs could have been wiped down.
Installers incorrectly scheduled window installation for a week after the agreed date. It was impossible to get in contact with a manager to confirm the installation - nobody answered the extension that I was given or transferred to by the customer service representatives.
