Miles was great. He did a great presentation and was very thorough.
Summary: You can go with them based on other reviews, but for my money, based on my experience as a homeowner for 35 years: their work is no better than many other contractors out there; their attention to detail is lacking; and their customer service is horrible. The whole process was terrific. The sales person did a great job explaining the windows and I am very happy. This is my first home and my first contractor job. I am well pleased with the experience and will do more work with them in the future.
We hired Power to do our roof trim and new gutters. John our salesman was very nice and he explained everything to us in terms we could understand. The fact that he inspected our attic and could show us with photos the damage that had been done was very telling and it was why we chose to go with Power to get the project done. The crew worked extremely hard and they did a great job. One issue we had was a rafter became twisted during the installation but Power is going to try and have it fixed for us.
