I have signed a contract with Power Home Remodeling Group, LLC in January 2022 to replace all windows and sliding doors in my townhome. The company has postponed installation due to "manufacturing delays" 4 (April, May, June and now July) times, they failed to notice me about not showing up on the promised day, i had to take days off of work and call them non stop the day of just to hear "we left you a voicemail yesterday that we have manufacturing delays". The salesman was great, I really enjoyed the whole presentation and the full explanation of everything. That is what made it easy to choose power to get my siding done. Choosing power was a great decision!
Warranty not honored Waiting for 15 months plus and not even a phone call from this company to update the status of the replacement. Waste of money
Highly recommend these guys. High quality products, service and installation. No high pressure and they did what they said they were going to do.
The installers did a wonderful job; we love our new window. We were told they would be here between 8am-10am, they were here promptly at 8am and finished installing and cleaned up by 11am. The installers were neat and cleaned up very well. The inspector named Dan stopped by around 5pm later that day and saw that the roof above the window was not installed but said someone would call to schedule. Mike did a great job explaining the windows to us, and the crew did a great job installing. Very clean and professional. They all deserve a raise! Would recommend!
Don't hire this company! They cut corners in our gutters and leaders / siding project. They never installed the flashing that guides the rain water into the drain pipe and away from the house and today after it's been pouring all day, I went to do laundry in my basement to find a flood of water running down the wall onto the floor. We're now in the process of arguing this dilemma. They are refusing to take any responsibility saying it's my roof is too short and allowing the water to be coming into the basement.
