I had a great experience throughout. I was well informed and educated regarding having my roof replaced. The presentation was great. and products were available. Any and all questions were answered and explained thoroughly. The crew arrived on time and were very respectful and considerate of my home. I felt comfortable and at ease with the large roofing project. I would highly recommend Power Home Remodeling.
Front start to finish, they were very open with what was going to be the next steps in the process and communicating as quickly as possible if any changes were needed. Everyone was super friendly and answered any and all questions I had at every step, from initial estimate, to install and completion of the project.
Power completely blew it out of the water!!! Besides the amazing price and phenomenal service we are extremely pleased with the options afforded to us which helped increase our homes value significantly. Thanks Power!!!
Overall very satisfied with the radiant barrier installation. The installers were very efficient and did clean up after themselves. Unfortunately, the temperature here in North Texas has been unseasonably cool, so the attic temp has not be tested yet. The install was done on 3/28/2023. A quality inspector was out before the work was completed. The installers had me sign the work completed form. The only person I heard from since the install was the young lady calling for payment. Our experience with the company was phenomenal. Rena was extremely personable, clear, and comprehensive in her presentation of the product. She made the decision to purchase 14 windows very easy for us. Communication was great.
