The sales person walked me through the product line and options. Was very open about the costs and what needed to be replaced versus what could wait. I initially was not interested in siding but had taken other estimates so was not shocked at the total price. The measurement team was ver informative and really walked through all the spaces. I am always hesitant in working with door to door salesman, but is was pressure free and not only do you not pay anything until all the work is done, but it was completed 2 weeks earlier than I was told. The windows are beautiful and all of the installers did such a great job and respected my home as if it was their own. From start to finish, this company was fantastic. Typically, I get annoyed by solicitors but these guys showed up at the perfect time since I was in dire need of new windows. I gave them a chance and I’m super glad I did. Salesman was good at his job but also very personable. Turn around time was within 2 weeks as which was surprising as well. Called Power immediately. They were the first call we made to get our door and remaining windows installed. We had used them previously and were extremely satisfied, they were our first and only call.
As was very professional and thorough in his presentation. Chris and Scott installed my new windows and did an amazing job. They were very nice, polite and funny!!! I also love the lifetime warranty the windows come with!
Billy was very professional and personable. Everyone has been on time and had great communication. I highly recommend power if you’re looking to have your windows replaced!
