Wow. The process was so streamlined. We placed the order for 23 windows to be replaced on April 7th. May 2nd completely installed. The work was of the highest quality. Literally, I sat with their salespeople for a few hours, got the pricing, the next week was the pre-install inspection (including verifying measurements) and within 3 weeks from the pre-install visit, the windows were installed.
