Super easy process from start to finish. Made me feel comfortable through out the process from the assessment to the install.
We had power home remodeling out to price windows. Zach was our sales person was professional and polite the entire time. He made us feel comfortable with our purchase. The crew came out and finished the install in one day. We are very pleased with the professionalism that power displayed.
From the beginning to end everyone was very polite and friendly. The roofers were so patient with all the rain they had to deal with. Malcolm who came to the door with free estimate was very sweet. Seth D*****, Remodeling Consultant, was excellent. Explaining everything thoroughly. Inspector Mike G*********** was very thorough and friendly. Josh L*****, Inspector, was great. Polite and friendly. Explained everything completely. To sum it up it was a great experience and the whole staff and crew were the best!!!

First Class Professionalism from the initial appointment through the gutter and roof installation. I was pleased with the detailed communication of what i was going to get for my money and the work that was done did not disappoint.
Overall I was impressed with everything they did. From the initial visit through the quality review, everyone was professional and courteous. They made sure to cover everything. The new windows are already impressing us with how much quieter it is in the house. The only area where there was some disappointment was some incorrect expectations/assumption.
