I am very happy with the quality of both the windows and the installation. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the delay in production and scheduling.
Erin our saleswoman was great. She explained everything well. I have used power for my roof trim gutters and windows. Would recommend to friends and family.
The workers were great an the product also. Love the windows that were put in...i am real happy with it...can't brag enough about the workers for there fine job....
Leslie was terrific. She did a great job on the presentation and was the reason why we purchased the windows.
We’ve used Power for several projects in our two homes, and have been really happy. They’ve replaced windows that had issues, had great communications, and are so respectful and clean in our home.
The overall experience was very pleasurable. All the employees were professional and courteous starting with Chris and David and ending with Julio and the crew. What your company is doing, keep on doing. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and care for the customer at every checkpoint from start to finish. We highly recommend Power to anyone looking to get an exterior home improvement project done in Florida.
Initial sales contact was good. Salesperson explained all the possible options with no hassle or push to make a deal. The PM later made a small correction to the order which will make the end result more pleasing estetically. Waiting for the installation to complete to have a better impression of the final product .
Had the siding done by Power this week. There were some miscommunications with the scheduling but now the project is complete. There are a few details that need to be corrected but the Quality Assurance manger came by and set up a service time, and even adjust our price due to wood that was on the contract that wasn’t used.
