I’ve worked with power twice now to install windows. Both times my windows went in smooth. I would recommend them to my friends.
Every person I interacted with form the sales side to the installers were extremely helpful and great to work with. The quality of the work is phenomenal.
We were very pleased with the installations of our windows. We even asked for them to come back to add more work onto the contract after the initial work was completed. They happily came back to do the extra work. We would recommend Power Home Remodeling.
From presentation to installation everyone involved were professional and knowledgeable of the products. The installation was on time and the crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend the company for any remodel needs
Everyone was professional and very friendly, down to earth, even the first marketer could sell an ice cube to an Eskimo! I love my windows, they are hurricane rated for a windstorm zone. I feel a lot safer with them, the other ones were very flimsy built in 1973!
From start to finish, starting with the gentleman that knocked on our door, and to Serena our sales rep showing us everything and finding a project that made sense for us, David double checking all the measurements and preparing us for the install, Matt, Ryan, and Shane in the office, everyone was very courteous, professional, and well informed about what was going on and what was to be done. My window installer Igor and his assistant showed up surprisingly earlier than I I expected. They installed all of my windows in one day. They were both very courteous and pleasant. They performed the work quickly and cleanly and when the work was done they answered any questions I may have had and cleaned any minimal mess that made have been made. I'm extremely happy with my new windows and the work that was performed.
Everything has been super smooth, other than the lack of communication on the install date. Very thorough, from the marketer to the install team its been great.
