Windows were installed by the previous owner of my home in January 2016 by Power Home Remodeling Group. Warranty was transferred to me as subsequent owner - I requested Power Home Remodeling Group transfer the warranty via email in August 2021. I have had a total of 12 window sashes replaced since that time (two replacements ordered by the original owner, 10 ordered by me). They (John, Head manager) LIE and promise that you will receive $780 after 2 weeks of training. Thus for meaning, you would receive your check on your 3rd week of employment with this company. Unfortunately you will not receive the $780 after training. I literally received a $312.98 check. This was very upsetting due to me having bills to pay such as rent. To be clear, I'm a new homeowner, so this is my first time around having a roof done. Because of that, I can't presume to speak for all experiences of how such a job should go, but I can say that I was dissatisfied with my experience with this company. The roofing work itself was good, so on the merits of the job itself, they are probably just as good as any group of competent adults getting paid to put a roof on a house.
