Been with them for almost 20 years & in the last couple of years they have absolutely f##ing sucked! Today for the numerous time I can't count, declined my credit card/debit card at a restaurant with $5,000 in the checking! WTF! So I call them & guess what, they don't have a 24 hour emergency number......they have done so much stupid crap like this in the past that I can't take it anymore! I've been a member for over 30 years. Recently getting very poor service. Being nickeled and dimed to death. Rewards accounts never actually credit the rewards monies back into checking account. Mortgage Company couldn't pay an homeowners insurance payment out of escrow on time to save their lives...homeowners insurance cancelled 3 years in a row because of this. So I took my monies out of escrow and pay it myself now. Last straw was a poor little HSA account that had more fees charged to it than monies going in. :o) Pretty ... read more
