After 58 years of being a member my mother passed away I deposited money into the account to pay the bills these Morons closed the account swept the money to pay a closed account without a letter a call even a smoke signal till after they stole the money Hey Thanks for nothing. I've been laid off due to the coronavirus and I also let power Financial Credit Union know that I was laid off so I'm just getting unemployment. I paid my my color is 300 + $37 and I paid $300 and they been calling and harassing me for $37. RecommendedPower financial has been a good credit union fast service and they take responsibility to make things rite. I really appreciate there fraud prevention, when transactions seem unusual they call me to make sure it was me who authorized the charge. Way to go power financial 👍
this bank is a 1/10 rating. avoid this fraud credit union at all costs. the guy sold me on an auto loan and told me my credit card balance was low and i was good to go. they pulled my credit, ruined my credit score and DENIED the loan because i would only have almost $900 left per month AFTER paying all bills and EVERYTHING and that just wasnt enough due to my high credit card debt that he told me was low ! was given the run around and lip service by the rest of his associates and the manager threatened me with ''CLOSING MY ... read more

They approved me for a loan but sent me a bunch of paperwork to fill out on my own. I did left a lot in blank because I wasn’t explained anything, so i followed up by email weekly and calls to see if anything needed to be done on my part. After 3 weeks and an ultimatum they get back telling me they have email me and left voice mails.... total lies. I will not be doing business with them. Neither should you.
