I have been an electrician in colorado for 30yrs and this has been the worst company I have ever worked for. The culture of this company is toxic unless you are a supervisor or a pet. Most of their work is done by unlicensed out of state piece workers. This company does not comply with licenced electrician to apprentice ratios. Great company for those who want to get the most out of their career. Always has great events to show appreciation for the workers who make this company. One downfall is the Sick time and PTO are separate which causes alot of confusion and anger, instead of putting both under one category (PTO). Besides that they have enough work to keep you busy for years to come. I personally want this to be the last company I ever work for.
just want to say I attended Winterfest what a rope notch event. It was awesome the events you hold for your employees and their family is remarkable. I was never blessed to work for a company of your caliber so glad my son does..Well Done and Merry Christmas to you all
They put on the greatest events and are very family orientated. it was a fun time.
Worked for this company for about 6 months and was treated like dirt regularly. At my 6 month mark my super told me repeatedly to move a 1000ft spool of SO cord by hand. I got a hernia from doing this and within a week was fired for failure to show. Company only cares about the superintendents and the source otherwise you’re expendable.
