It’s been years since my last spin class. Tanisha, my instructor, was incredibly welcoming from the start. She helped me set up my bike and checked in on me several times during class to make sure I was comfortable and following along. I loved this class the vibes are it!! Me and my sister had a great time definitely coming back and they have food snacks energy drinks vegan everything !!
The environment was so welcoming. I participated in their line dancing class. I have two left feet, but everything was taught at a slow pace, making it easy to grasp each step.
