5 Star : My Experience Great customer service done in four days in the car looks great.
5 Star : My Experience Repair was efficient and well organized, taking only a few days (mostly parts procurement). Luke handled the estimate quickly and managed the sublet shop (Salem Exhaust) where the work was done.
5 Star : My Experience I was appreciative of the shuttle to and from the rental agency. I was amazed at how nice my truck looked when I received it. It looked like a new truck. Thank you for cleaning it up! I hope I won’t need a collision center for a while but if I do Power Collision is where I’ll be taking it.
5 Star : My Experience I was told initially it would take three or four days but they were very honest with me once they got it into the shop and took it apart and found that it was going to take a few extra days had to order a part which took a couple extra days but they did all the phone calling and called enterprise to extend my rental car. Did not feel that the charge to the insurance company was over the top

0 Star : My Experience When i first brought my car in for an estimate, I mentioned about the glove box being broken and yet, it didn’t get replaced. There’s a chip on my windshield that wasn’t there before and a dent on my hood that wasn’t there before either. The top on the passenger side had a chip that looked like it was spray painted and didn’t do a good job of it, scratches on my headlights, big scratch on the driver side door handle, white stain on my front passenger seat and the cut on my back seat.
