ALL of it!! I HATE this place!! I was told my car would be done in a week and it took 4!! Then you dent it up and offer me 650 when the work is going to cost 1200 all because I won't bring it back to your shop to fix!! Me and my family had to literally walk out of Oregon!! Greedy, Rude AF and Heartless!! Nathan and Laura you are the most unprofessional people I have ever had the displeasure to meet!

You guys have done good work on our car and is always good dealership
They have an electric car charging station that has been out of order since July 2019. Chevy Bolt owners driving to the coast expect it to be available and then it isn't. What kind of customer service is this? I might consider driving over to get a deal on a GM vehicle from them, but they obviously don't care after the sale.
Had an appointment for a new key for my Cadillac and two key fobs. Drove one hour to dealership to find out they had not ordered the key. I will not be doing business with Power in the future.
