This taught me to always read reviews first. This company is a scam, is you didn't buy your equipment from them, don't take it there for repairs, they'll charge you a 50 inspection fee, then tell you it's not worth fixing, then try to show you their equipment. Inspected my machine and said its irreparable, but didn't even put the start cord back on like i initially asked them to. Do some research before contacting this company. They SUCK!
Really bad attitude 0 customer service
One of the worst mechanic shops to go for anything very unprofessional rude people i brought a weed eater in intact, and it took them 2 weeks to tell me. It's $400 to fix on the simple problem way too. Expensive. And they will curse you out in their language.I promise they always do if they don't agree with you when they returned my weed eater this is what I got
Terribles Service. Went in for a belt the guy with glasses wouldn't sale it to me because he saids I'm young and black. And Decided to call police on me saying I had a gun. Very Unprofessional Business.
They claimed they fixed my engine and they didn’t, they said the evaluation would take 1 week but took 3, they didn’t answer the phone, and hung up on me when I was speaking. I showed up to the store with The broken engine they claimed to fix, he yelled and told me to “change my diaper” and proceeded to yell more and cuss. I explained to him that I’ve been in business for 40 years and that’s not professional, he did not care.
