Went to this car wash yesterday at 5:00 and because there's rain in the forecast, I asked for interior cleaning only. I explained that a soft drink had been spilled by the door and specified the need for the back of my SUV needed cleaning. Apparently y just got a light vacuum on the floorboards. The door was still sticky and splattered. The dash had not even been wiped down not to mention the back is still a mess. Oh and the cupholders had the spray cleaner in them also. Horrible! Bad service! Had to go home and clean the car myself. If I’m paying for a service I expect to get it done.
they did not wash anything I had to go to my house and wash the entire thing all over agean and my car was scratched
