Save your TIME and sanity and go with another contractor. We started with Elmar in May 2024 and 7 months later we are no where near completion. We had a 6 WEEK contract signed with him. We went with him for a COMPLETE KITCHEN REMODEL and 7 months later we do not have a kitchen in our home. The heart of the home. We worked with Elmar and his crew to remodel our downstairs bathroom and update our backyard hardscape. We met with 3 or 4 other contractors and Power Builders group had the best plan and best price! They converted a single large bathroom into a private primary bathroom and a powder room. Out back, they demolished all of our old concrete and replaced with pavers and turf and prepped for installation of a new hot tub! The project was completed in a timely fashion. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I do not recommend working with this dishonest company. We hired Elmar/Power Builders Group to install a French door. After extended delays, we asked for our deposit back. As of today Elmar/Power Builders Group has yet to return our money (it has been four months). I highly recommend going with any other contractor.
