First I’d like to lead with an apology to the manager, Eric. Due to an issue with payment, I angrily called the store explaining I had been double charged. They quickly assisted me and told me the refund would be paid in a matter of days. This upset me seeing as how I expected the refund to be given immediately. I’ve had to powerbase amplifiers since 2007 and I have to say that they are the best amps I’ve ever owned and my subwoofer one my ASA 15001D is still playing in my new show car I have a four channel amp that where the speaker wires connect to the amp is loose so it won’t connect to the power right but other than that I love these amps and I wish I can get some new ones

Horrible customer service took me 3 months to get ahold of the parts department because every time “he was at lunch”. You spend almost $1000 on a sound bar and they give you the L brackets and not the hoops to go over the cage. That’ll be another $50. Ridiculous won’t order another thing from this company.
