WHEN I SAY THE WORST IT MEANS JUST THAT...it was like the Allegheny County Jail and Western phyc all in one...IT IS A LOCKED UNIT...THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN ANY REHAB...it is GHETTO...NOT EVEN GHETTO fabulous.. just plain old ghetto...MY SUGGESTION TO ANYONE LOOKING INTO THIS REHAB....Run for your life in the other direction

Worst wannabe rehab I ever seen. It was like preschool prison! Different rules depending on who u r. The staff act like ur bothering them by being there. They treat you like a child. Very unhealthy environment for anyone serious bout recovering. Nursing staff was great though at rehab. Also councilor Britt is awesome. She is the ONLY person on staff at power restore that actually cares and helps people. The head therapist was so clueless. I had a terrible experience trying to better my life at Power. My mentor was unfriendly and sadly unhelpful. I was treated like nothing but her paycheck. I then sought solutions from my mentors boss and manager and was appalled at how I was treated. I felt like I was dealing with abusive prison guards. I was yelled at and told they had more important things to tend to when I told them my mentor was treating me different and was not helping me. I was a victim of reverse racism at this facility; And nothing was done about it. ... read more
