this building was tossed together with glue and duct tape. its literally not all the way put together and its falling apart, the manager here is really passive aggressive to the people living here she ignores any maintenance requests that are sent to her shes kinda nosy as well in my opinion. the building has cockroaches I have found two of them in my unit and I've told her about it and she hasn't said anything or done anything about it at all shes ignoring that to. my tub faucet is falling out of the wall my toilet wont flu... read more
Absolutely terrible the washing machines dirty and stain clothes there's a tweaker sleeping in the lobby every other week and maintenance is so dysfunctional it's not even funny.

We live near these apartments and life has been an absolute nightmare since they went up. They leave their trash bins in the middle of the street and trash blows all over, polluting every front yard on 121st. They have multiple gates with alarms THAT DO NOT LOCK and the wind keeps blowing them open all day and night causing alarms to go off 24/7. All attempts to contact management about these issues have been ignored. This place doesn't care how they treat their neighbors or the people that live there.
