Excellent communication and customer service! If you need to get something done, these are the folks to go with. I called in an order for top soil and it was delivered less than 1 hour later! Don’t waste your time with others who will give you the runaround. Get the job done faster with Powell and Son Landscaping.
Service was EXCELLENT! I had rock delivered and my oder was delivered along early then I was told. Friendly staff. Will place more orders .
I was looking forward to doing business after reading such positive reviews and seeing that this business is based in Detroit. I had our staffer order gravel from Powell & Son to fill in some ruts in alleys behind some houses we own in Detroit. She told them what it was for. When it was delivered, it was pea gravel. Unfortunately, when you drive on pea gravel, it shifts, making it so that it just leaves a track. The young woman we dealt with was both courteous and professional, but she wasn't able to help us.
