I read reviews of business that I’m interested in doing business with. Though I’ve only done business with this company once, in which I went to pick up the soil and had no issues I do see it as a red flag 🚩 when a business only responds to positive reviews of their business. I’ve seen some serious damages to a property and some other not so positive reviews but Powell & Son LLC seems to only respond to reviews that are positive. They hit my house when delivering dirt and did not help resolve the damage. When I mentioned that the dirt delivery hit my house my friends said “oh no you hired Powell!” Apparently this company is well known for hitting peoples property. BEWARE
