Extremely unprofessional and RUDE office staff. I walked in today for an appointment for my four children , I had the appointment wrong on my calendar so I was late. I thought my appointment was at 9am and I showed up at 9am thinking I’m on time, but my appointment started at 8:40 I guess. We’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and the kids love it. Each time has been a good experience. The staff and Dr Nelson are always kind and welcoming and he always asks if I have any questions and provides me with the necessary information regarding my kids oral health. Their little playhouse is a bonus and the kids also get a free book after every visit so that’s very much appreciated! If you’re looking for a good pediatric dentist, this is it right here.
Good but if your appointment is at a certain time expect to be called in 40 minutes later…
Everyone in this office is so kind! We love love the dentist. So sweet and caring. Our twins are always taken care of wonderfully here. Dr Nelson is the best! Both Dr. Nelson and Belinda in the back office are patient and gentle with my toddlers.
