I just had the most shocking experience at Powell. I play an active role in my treatment and questioned why a new sleeve seemed so much longer than the old one. Mike repeatedly told me it was the same product and item number. In disbelief I eventually requested to compare the two liners and showed Mike they were different products. He said he did not like my attitude because i did not want to be "corrected" and that i needed to leave or he would call the police. Beth and Ryan were wonderful with our daughter! They treated her with compassion and respect throughout the entire process of being fitted for her new AFO's. She is very proud of her new braces and they fit her perfectly. A huge "thank you" to the staff for providing such a positive experience.
Wonderful experience very friendly office staff and Beth is great with the children.
I wish I could give Powells 10 stars. Michael always goes well above for Makenzie. Always satisfied with Kenzie's leg that he makes.
I really want to thank Joe for his hard work and putting up with all my crazy demands I walk out today with a brand new leg after 8years and me and my old One have been through some stuff wars. So Joe thank you and u already know I will put this one to the test also.
Great bunch of folks and Mike built a hell of a leg for me.
