The service was quick, and solved our problem. The technician was very very nice, and we will continue using Powell Mechanical in the future.
Excellent company very honest and quality work
I contacted Powell Mechanical and told them what my furnace was doing and within 30 minutes Andrew showed up, diagnosed the problem and went and got the part. I work nights so this was cutting into my sleep time, when Andrew got back with the part, he apologized for taking so long (which I thought that he made a fast trip!) Andrew was friendly, professional,fast working, honest, and was very mindful of the fact that he knew that I needed to get to bed to get my rest. This is who you need to call!! Commercial AC quit working at my restaurant about 8am, after troubleshooting myself and finding no solution I placed a call to Powell Mechanical at 1:17 pm, received a call back at 1:35 pm and a tech was out by 2:15 pm and service completed by 2:45 pm. They could’ve easily made the issue seem to be way worse than it was costing me a lot of money but the tech was honest and did us right.
