If i could leave 0 stars I would. It’s a good thing they’re already going out of business. Lady was rude and they shut the sale down and didn’t update anything online.

This store is unbelievably great!!!! I enjoyed every minute of my experience there!!! I got more than I could have imagined for my budget and My wife was stunned!! They Made our 50th Anniversary perfect!! My wife loves her ring. Paula is Kind and welcoming and made me feel important. Jim is an amazing artist, put together the perfect ring, and stayed within my budget, which I greatly appreciated!! They make you feel like family, even with the family dog!!!!! Powell Jewelers is wonderful for repair work. After 20 years my wedding bands were in desperate need of repairs. I originally took my rings to Zales on Polaris. They wrote up my rings work order and shipped them off to a third party vendor for repairs. Estimated cost 1500. I get a call from Zales telling me they couldn’t do the work-their jeweler was not comfortable fixing the bends, replacing or repairing prongs-the whole thing-so I go pick them up.
