Update to my prior one star rating post: Sam at Powell Electric called and bribed me with a refund of my $99 service fee if I removed my one star review on Google. I told him I would remove it once I saw the credit posted on my account, which I have. Therefore, I have removed my negative one star post on Google and have now posted my negative review on Yelp.
