Switched dentists after having a negative experience at my last, and I am so glad I did! Everyone in the office is professional and kind, and made me feel very cared for the whole time. Especially if you have any dentist anxiety, Denise and her team will make you feel super safe and comfortable!
Went for my first visit (exam/cleaning) and it was excellent. Not only are the staff members super-fun to chat with they also are extremely skilled in their professions. Everyone makes sure you're as comfortable as possible the entire time. You will also find the Denise Walthour to be very knowledgable and does not pressure you to do any thing you don't want to do. She will provide you with her knowledge and experience and help you make the best decision. Highly recommend!
I haven't been to the dentist in years and finally got around to doing it. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They do a very thorough job in the initial examination and make sure to include you in what they see, what they are doing, and what future preventative steps should be taken. My teeth had some pretty decent build up from years of not going, so I let them go in pretty hard, and it made a huge difference. Looking forward to continued care from PBD. p.s. Denise has clearly put work into cultivating a kind, patient, and empathetic team. I was scared to go into a dentist, especially after skipping routine cleanings since Covid, but their office was clean and took extra precautions to mitigate risk of illnesses spreading. Everyone answered even the smallest questions I had, and Walt at the front desk was extremely helpful with any lingering worries regarding insurance.
