They kept all of our deposit even after we clean the house and have the carpets professionally cleaned Weirdly it was the same amount we paid for the deposit we are military family and couldn’t be there for the inspection so they just charged us random things. The house was not in the best condition when we moved in I guess they kind of wanted to look better when you move out.

I found a home, completed the application (and paid the fee), and submitted the application for review. At the time of submission; I was the sole applicant for the home.
