For $60, I expected a bit more. There was no shampoo wash before conditioning and no blow-dry after (which would have helped with the cut). Even though the shop was empty, the appointment took a full hour due to the two stylists constantly juggling me and another client. I also spent 30+ minutes sitting under a turned-off dryer. If the service matched the time spent and included a full-service experience, it would have been great.

Very disappointing experience. My husband and I came here today because he wanted to get his hair braided. Before they started, we asked clearly about the price so there would be no confusion. We were told the total would be $75, and she also said that price included washing his hair. Because of that, we agreed and stayed. I truly wish they had confirmed the $75 price first, taken payment first, and then started the hair braiding. That would have avoided all of this confusion and inconvenience.
