Very disappointing experience. My husband and I came here today because he wanted to get his hair braided. Before they started, we asked clearly about the price so there would be no confusion. We were told the total would be $75, and she also said that price included washing his hair. Because of that, we agreed and stayed. I truly wish they had confirmed the $75 price first, taken payment first, and then started the hair braiding. That would have avoided all of this confusion and inconvenience. Very good with kids my grandson 4 and his 1st time starting dread he was allttle nervous at 1st but did good excellent job with him.and did my realist to i give her a 5.
