These people really care about their customers and respond promptly. Powder River also keeps you updated on services if they need a part. They supplied me with portable heaters thru the week end when I had an emergency issue over a week end. they are the best,

Dalton and Matt did a fantastic job diagnosing a long term plumbing problem and repairing it that was incorrectly diagnosed by another company. The secret is they were willing to go under the house in the crawl space and take a look. The other company didn't on four other occasions. I highly.I recommend this company and have used their HVAC services too and Kevin came out with outstanding performance and customer service. Thank you Powder River.
HAVAC guy came on a weekend and evaluated my furnace. He was patent with me and answered all of my questions. There was no pressure to purchase anything, or agree to any services. Just friendly service from start to finish. I did elect to have a new furnace installed, and again, friendly and respectful service was received!
