Have been using Powder River forever, and completely satisfied!!! Excellent communication as well as work always followed through in a timely manner and will be there 24/7 for you if you need them!! Cant get better than that!! Thank you Powder River.
First I had Service on a 20+ yr old out dated furnace not working, but was made functional. Was advised a replacement was in order. I did get quotes from several other local companies. I found PRH&A and Jereme to be knowledgeable regarding my options enabling me to make an confident, informative decision. With reasonable price quotes and no pressure for what I needed. Technicians are very personable and professional. However, we have had to call for repairs three times for the same unit within a two month span. The last call had three different Technicians have time on this visit. Not sure what is going on with the unit, communication is lacking.
The AC unit capacitor was changed out. The replacement part was on the truck and the exchange was done quickly. The part cost just over $18 but the charge for the "hour" of service was $140. Perhaps that is the going rate for this kind of service but it seems excessive.
Remarkable service. Well pressure tank failed at 11am on a Friday and PRH&AC had a new tank installed and our domestic water system operating at 4:30 pm. And I live 20 miles from town. Thank you to all involved.
