The AC unit capacitor was changed out. The replacement part was on the truck and the exchange was done quickly. The part cost just over $18 but the charge for the "hour" of service was $140. Perhaps that is the going rate for this kind of service but it seems excessive.
Remarkable service. Well pressure tank failed at 11am on a Friday and PRH&AC had a new tank installed and our domestic water system operating at 4:30 pm. And I live 20 miles from town. Thank you to all involved.

The Sheridan office was great to work with. Their technical’s all worked on solving the problem I had but even the factory couldn’t figure it out. Eventually the unit got replaced. Everyone was great too work with from the manager, office and technician’s. It was frustrating for everyone but they did everything they could to make it right. They have been my go to place for years and I will stick with them. Thank you! Kenn
