Came in here for a cleaning based on the special (see photo) for $138 but she then tried to up charge me an additional $700 because she said I needed deep cleaning and the special was only for a regular cleaning. She wouldn’t give me a regular cleaning unless I did deep cleaning so I decided to walk out and she then said she’d give me a debridement cleaning which is tartar removal and not part of a regular cleaning. The wait time was way too long. I arrived 20 minutes early, my appointment was at 1:30 and by 3pm the dentist still had not been in to see me. The dental assistant was welcoming and friendly, at least. I ended up having to leave because I had other things to do and it shouldn't take anywhere near that long. It was just a routine check up & cleaning and after 1.5 hours, no dentist? They did call and offered me to reschedule but I'll be looking elsewhere.
I had a lot of pain on the weekend and they helped me solve it in an emergency; They gave me hope of having better teeth
