Dr. Raja has been my trusted dentist for over 17 years, and my loyalty stems from exceptional patient care and high-quality work. She has expertly handled my fillings, cleanings, whitening, X-rays, and more. I wholeheartedly recommend Poway Smiles to anyone in search of an outstanding dentist.
The wait time was way too long. I arrived 20 minutes early, my appointment was at 1:30 and by 3pm the dentist still had not been in to see me. The dental assistant was welcoming and friendly, at least. I ended up having to leave because I had other things to do and it shouldn't take anywhere near that long. It was just a routine check up & cleaning and after 1.5 hours, no dentist? They did call and offered me to reschedule but I'll be looking elsewhere.
I had a lot of pain on the weekend and they helped me solve it in an emergency; They gave me hope of having better teeth
For someone who is not a big fan of the dentist, Dr Rajasekaran and her friendly assistants helped me with a troubling tooth. Beyond grateful for taking care of my smile! :)
Get ready to spend all day here, the dentist has no respect for other peoples time. If your a dentical patient she will try to push treatments on you not covered by insurance and that cost a lot. Sends appointment reminders and calls every single day, its harassing really. She also treats her employees badly, you can tell a lot by the way someone treats their employees. As far as I can tell there is only 1 dentist at this location. Dr. Raja. I suggest seeking treatement somewhere else.
