Worst Customer Service in the world!!! HARLEY PEOPLE BEWARE I have dealt with a lot of bike places, seeing as I have a motorcycle. This guy was not only rude to me but to my wife and went way beyond that. So much happened , but I don't want to get into it. I would never do business with this place and recommend that you don't either. Yes the prices are great, but at what cost. The owner Bill only wants the money and at the cost of his customers. He was a complete jerk.

Best motorcycle shop Between us, my wife and I have three motorcycles. One is a 28 year old antique and and the other two are new. They all get serviced at Poway m/c. I wouldn't trust my bikes, or my life, to anyone else. Bill and Bud are incredibly experienced and professional. Best motorcycle service in San Diego County. I have had nothing but good communication, service and prices when dealing with Poway motorcycle. If you own a motorcycle, do yourself a favor and take it there. AT LEAST have them set the proper rider and static sag on your suspension. I find that the owner Bill and his chief mechanic Bud are both TOP NOTCH. They will give you honest and sound advise when dealing with you. Great service and friendly atmosphere. Recently purchased a 2005 ZZR 1200 from a used bike dealership with 22,000 miles on it and wanted Bill / Bud to give it a once over.This included valve adjustment / K&N Filter / Jet Kit / replace ALL fluids and grease neck bearings/ new Pilot Road tires / aftermarket cam chain tensioner and a Zero Gravity wind screen, soon Moto Frame Sliders (once they arrive from Germany :)Fantastic Job!!! this thing hauls A - - and is as smooth as silk. I've been a customer of Poway Motorcycle for more than 10 years, Both Bill and Bud live and breath motorcycles. They know their stuff and their limitations. Their knowledge and experience would be hard to find anywhere else in the USA. These guys are the only ones I would trust with my bikes.

Yes we had a disagreement on some work he had done and I tried to work it out with his wife until she tried to rip me off.
