Poway Honda service department is bad. Last time I brought my Honda CRV in for maintenance, the Service Inspection form was completed incorrectly. My torn and in bad shape windshield wipers were marked as satisfactory. My 6 year old bald tires were also satisfactory. Was ignored for more than 20 minutes while trying to get my car and I finally had to retrieve it myself. Poway Honda service is very bad. My car 2022 Odyssey Elite got 2 times dead ******. I did bring to check and change another battery. After 5 months battery dead again I told them to diagnose and check for me. *********** explained me because I drove not enough miles to full charge ( my another 2015 Honda Odyssey also drove couple day around 10 miles a week but never draw current and battery last long 3 years) and *********** blame that due to I drove not enough miles so my replacing battery dead is ridiculous. I paid POWAY HONDA more than $1,000 in mid-February. Unfortunately, after the car inspection, parts were replaced, but most of the problems still exist. I made a complaint immediately, but the after-sales service stood on the standpoint of POWAY HONDA to maintain the company, did not consider consumers, only agreed to do free testing again, and did not have any statements or guarantees for the fees I had already paid. We took the 2016 Honda Civic in for a 60k miles service, the car had 57k miles on it. The car has been serviced and maintained meticulously since new. The transmission service was suggested by the service advisor and it was performed. The transmission failed 2 weeks after. The car was towed to Closest Honda dealership. The diagnostic reviled the transmission fried due to lack of lubrication! Poway Honda tried to overcharge me for a key by $135.They said they would have to special order me a key for $115 They said I would have to have my car there They said they would have to program a new chip for my key at $137 I was in AZ and I had a key made for $80 and my car was in CA. They made me a new key in 2 minutes Why the difference in price?The only thing they did right was give me my money back

I went in for a simple 6 month/3500 mile service check, as I’ve always done since buying my car at Poway Honda in 2008. Once they had my car, the Service assistant called me and recommended additional maintenance services for “around another additional $2,000 or so, your brakes, your rear strut is blown.
