I was in a bind on a Sunday. I lost some wheel bearings on my travel trailer coming out of Logan Canyon. No one was open. I came in contact with someone who knows Patrick at Poulsen Trailer. He called Patrick to see if he would be willing to come in on a Sunday to sell me the parts so we could get back on the road and make it home. These guys messed everything up. Idk what their deal was. But for starters, they didn’t tighten down all tubes for the fuel. So when I put fuel in, diesel went everywhere. Next they messed up my reverse sensors. Powder coating literally just came off with tape they put on, and there’s rust spots everywhere, they didn’t even put my exhaust mounts back on right. I tried returning it but I would have had to pay them to return. They would tell me one thing and do the complete opposite of what they said. These guys caused nothing... read more

Can't find a more knowledgeable, awesome, devoted group of people!! Colby was the best guy to deal with!! They came in after hours to meet my schedule, made sure I was 110% happy. Highly recommend them!!
